Default WM Midget Mustang + YS 110

Hi guys,
I'm waiting for my Midget Mustang and YS 110 to arrive and I was wondering what prop's good for it...
I was thinking 15 x 10 would be good enough. Any suggestions?
Anyone have this combo?
And If you have a midget mustang, did you find the stock landing gear giving you problems?

Mustangs are meant to go fast. I use an APC 14/12 on my scale ARF Mustang.

I'm using an APC 13/13N on my Lil Toni/YS110. I read in threads that a 12/14 would be faster.

i will use a fiberglas or carbon fibre landing gear on my midget, but it will take a couple of weeks to get it in the air.
i am waiting on a jett 91 fx for it.
couple of guys do have problems on grass runways with the
wheel pants.if the rod got bent to the rear the pants will hit the wing and will crack the balsa wing cover.
one guy here is using the stock landing gear without the pants with good success.
here is a pic of his midget .

Thanks!
I ordered a 13.5x12 graupner and a 14x11 apc
I think I'll get some good results with either one of those.
Im trying to find a shop that can bend me a new pair of landing gear wires but with 5mm wire but havent had any luck just yet.

The Midget Mustang does not have flaps. If you are thinking about getting one, do it soon. WM has a limited amount they've released and then when they're gone, that's it. They've also lowered the price to $199.00.

The stock landing gear worked fine for me, even with the wheel pants. I don't recall any mods to them either.

I had the ST G90 in mine, but I'd bet the YS will make the Midget "sing". Should be a great combo.

Are these still available in different color "schemes"?

Keep us posted.....

can you tell me if the airfoil on the tail setion of the midget is the same as the 60 size ,,, it seems the 60 size would be the better buy,,, flaps--retracts -- non- flat horizontal stab,,?? and both can fit the YS 110 too,,

Maybe this style will help? Just a basic pair of aluminum gear found usually on trainers
