The first 1:40 is of my buddies UCD .46.

The predator is powered by a TT .46, seems to get along pretty good for a sport model!

I have no idea, based on what people have said maybe 100. I'm sure other guys here could give you a much better idea.

It is not possible to estimate the speed of the plane from any of those close
angle....head-on shots. However, the plane was running in the 130/135 range
to be sure....just an educated guess.

You could figure it out with dopler software. In fact those head on, overhead shots are perfect for dopler. You can also figure out in flight RPMs.

130 huh? Wow that's crazy, I alway's figured it was around 100.

Thank's for the input!

Welcome to R/C Universe, Ustick [sm=thumbup.gif]

I have an old pattern plane that goes (clocked) at 105.

That thing is going 130, any day of the week.

I know our club races 424 with .46AX and about the best I've seen staight and level on a radar gun was in the 125 range.. I would say that looked pretty close to that, however, it's tough to tell without being there. Which I must say, it looks like a great place to fly...
