Kmot, I have a NIB Kangke F-20 and a few MVVS motors on the shelf calling out the throw down! If the Ockt meet does not interfere with the CC 1/2a guys I think I can make it out to the left coast for a fly in. If you guys can feed me I feel like I can make it. I know what an RCU home coming is like, I know you guys had a hoot and missed out on it. Okt will be diifrent.

I figured this post may end up on page 84 or something by October but wanted to "plant the seed". I cannot believe Mark "converted" Junkie to the dark side soo fast- Okay, after seeing Mark's stuff fly it is not a stretch I suppose... Junkie has some interesting projects goin' and I hope to be involved at some point--- I mean, I can fly like he did last Saturday anyway [X(][sm=surprised.gif]

Gary- Did you see Buddude's F3D? Jett-50! (Smokin') The only other one I have seen fly was your with a Supertiger right? ST-45? It was fast as well...

Yeah James, I saw the pic. I can imagine how fast it is with a Jett 50 up front. I have the ST 45 in mine. I think I''m going to give it to a Buddy though, minus the motor.(He's got a Jett pylon motor he wants to try in it) Should be ballistic!

Hopefully, I'll still be in So CA to attend the next get-together.

Also, I was playing around with the Patriot in G3. I now have a plane that flies 160 MPH in level flight and 198 MPH in a dive.

Here are the changes I made and you can do too if you want:

Prop = APC Sport, 8x9.5

Sound Profile = OS91 Ducted Fan

Torque Generator = Rossi 90 Ducted Fan w/Pipe @ 11.0 inches

This combo gives 23,931 static RPM and unloads to 24, 400 RPM

I am going to plan on a lefty coast trip in the fall. 10-10 is my 19th wedding aniversary and man-law says I gotta violate it at least once to keep her straight[>:].

It may be tricky getting a model out there too, but now I have a goal.
