RE: Jett 61LX
ORIGINAL: Cyclic Hardover
So this engine is really geard for the smaller ones like the DD and Q500 stuff to get the best performance?
ORIGINAL: huey-pilot
I believe that the 90 would probably be better, my JETT FIRE 60LX with pipe needs a small diameter propeller to get the the rpm to make horse power. Mine is installed on a Diamond Dust, turns 19,600 rpm with an APC 8.8x9 propeller on 15% Omega, the plane is fast and fun to fly. If you think that this combination would work it might be an interesting experiment.

Nothing is going to compare, power wise, to the SJ-90L if you can fit it up front.
Huey has a 60LX-FIRE version with the pipe set up for the Q-500 props.

RE: Jett 61LX
The Q500 props is what I have large choice of in my boxs
The 90 is probly a tad to heavy to hang up at the front it would fit
I am thinking that the 90 is to large a motor for the plane as the aircraft size that is it would go straight up GOOD time but may be straight line speed higher or not.
This were the extra rpm would help with the 60 not going for vertical
Still deciding which way
