Default JETT 50 on powermaster 25%

Got a gal of powermaster 25%, wonder if there would be any problems running a Jett 50 on the stuff?

ECOLI, if you get a baseline tach reading on sport fuel, then get a tach reading on 25% [some might call this sport fuel], you will be able to answer your own question. I'll bet this engine was optimized for 15%, so you should get a couple of head shims before testing. Just make sure to begin testing with the needle backed out a couple of turns. Usually, the difference in performance doesn't justify the increase in blown plugs and decrease in engine life. It is even more meaningless unless you have a way to measure your speed in the air.

No problem at all. Runs just fine.

I'd suggest backing the engine down an extra 100-200 rpm before launch - it will unload a bit more in the air.

Some folks run the heli fuel with 20-30% nitro (just because they have it on hand) and the engine enjoys it.
