Default Best looking engine?

The OPS thread got me thinking- What is the best looking engine?

The OPS-60 is a beaut, the Hanno red-head comes to mind- and the bar Stock Jett engines as well---

What is YOUR favorite looking engine? Pics?

BVM-96 and ANY Rossi also get a nod...

I hate purple!

There was an engine made in America back in the 70's and it had incredibly fine finished machining. I am trying real hard to recall the name. RJL perhaps? Maybe not...

In the meantime, hard to beat a custom Saito!

I must admit that although the Jett BSE engines look nice , they have 1 thing to be desired, and that is the finish
the finish is a bit rough, and when you touch corners or the cooling fins, it has a feeling like it is just about to cut your fingers ( sort of like a paper cut)

but i guess their performance out ways this minor detail

Don't have a pic handy, but the Picco .80 speed engine is another one of those timeless beauties.

I once bid on one of those (it had a custom high rpm rod and stuff) at an auction, but two guys went head to head on it and the price went astronomical... way more than I was willing to spend on an out of production engine for which spare parts can no longer be had. Too bad...

I have a Sport Jett .50 (not BSE), and I sure like it's robust anf functional appearance, but out of my personal collection the nod goes to my OPS .60. Although I have had a love affair with TD .010's since I was old enough to flip a prop, naturally the original red tank/housing examples only. And come to think of it, the Atom .09 is kind of pretty in a nostalgic way. Hmmm.. decisions decisions.

The obvious off-shoot of this thread is the ugliest engine..

GHQ? [:'(] (there are quite a few other homely antiques too.. this was the first to came to mind)
OS Pet .099? [:'(]
Testors .19? [:'(][:'(]
Aero .35? [:'(]
Various Foxes? [:'(][:'(]
Wen-Mac .049? [:'(]

the list goes on..

Of the over 200 engines I've had my Fitz FSR 61 is the finest craftsmanship I've had or seen, I did have a nice OPS 67 Marine but I had to do alot of polishing to make it look finished where the Fitzpatrick came with fine machine work and polishing from the factory even the muffler is a work of art, I never ran it, it's just nice to look at. It's hard to get a good pic, if I flash it glares.
