The Weston Magnum or the Whiplash would be faster with that powerplant but a hassle-free airframe is the Quickee arf's as Dave mentioned...
I suppose it depends on your criteria, price, ease of assembly, type of runway etc.

Yep! It's pretty fast! Great combination of ARF and engine (Viper and OS .46FX) if you need a quick speed fix for not a lot of money. It will put you in the 130-140 mph range depending on what prop you use. Start with a 10x6 APC to get use to it and then go to the 9x6 APC.

I've got the new Predator II and it flies fairly well and fairly fast, in the 130 mph range with an OS .46 SF, and
more recently with an MVVS SHO .40 Quickie motor. The main disappointment on the plane is the wing; mine
needed nearly 1/8" of up-aileron trim in the left wing panel, and 1/16" of down-aileron trim in the right wing
panel to fly straight. So far I have not been able to see where or how it is warped, very strange, it is not at
all obvious. I am absolutely certain the tail is on straight. I will have to break out the incidence meter to check,
but no idea how or if it can be straightened. Surprisingly, the trim does not change from idle to full throttle(!) and
the plane handles and tracks pretty darn well, even in hard turns, but it is just not as "locked in the groove" as I
am used to with the other Q500's I have had and flown (Scat Cats, Doddgers, Hobbico Vipers, Dominators,
Spickler Quickie 500's).

All were set up for 424 racing (TT40pro engine).
One currently is flying with my SS40 up front, and it seems quite at home with that engine as well.
The only mods I made were
1) adding tri-stock behind the firewall
2) gluing the tank hatch in place
3) re-working the wing attach locations a bit and using 1/4-20 nylon bolts
4) three were built using carbon pushrods for the V-tail. Just smaller, lighter - in some ways easier to rig.
