Was just wondering as the price is good but will cost me abit to get it to australia but it looks well worth it to me . Thanks for any info you could give me

Not a hard build... maybe lots of planing and sanding, but not a difficult model to build. I assume you have read through the rather long thread on it?

It is worth a read, from start to finish, and it will give you ideas you never thought of, as well as provide a huge amount of inspiration. Note the mods that have been made to linkage and support for the gear plates, etc. I think you will have a harder time covering it than actually building it.
Here's a link to my build thread too: [link=http://www.lobstercove.ca/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1150245080]http://www.lobstercove.ca/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1150245080[/link]
What do plan on using for an engine?

RE: AK-models SU 27
ive had mine sitting in the garage for about 3 months now. im not to experienced with building. but to me , the kit doesnt look all that hard. just more time consuming then i have right now.. hence the reason its still in the box lol
