Bad Day at Field = Need for Replacement Plane
Well..... it was bound to happen. FYI for the kids at home, this is NOT the proper way to land a R/C Plane. Having said that, it was spectacular !!!!! By the way this was a Arrow something or other (Had Tiger on it), great plane, I really liked it.
I'm now in need of a new plane for my OS60 and available tuned pipe. Any suggestions? I'm looking for speed.

Dude,
I did the tree thing with my Direct Connection F-20. Way cool crash!!! The remains of the wing were in the tree for about a month until the wind came in. We never found the wheels, all three of them!!! Engine survived minus a couple of cooling fins.
As for a new plane, let me suggest the Lanier Shrike .10 with a GMS .32 and pipe. Cheap power and true ABC. Move the firewall back one inch and build as instructed. For more thrills, locally we sand the airfoil down about 1/8 in. This thing halls the mail!!! You will also want to add balsa sheet between the fins and fuse to better support the fins. Build in a little washout and it will land like a trainer!!!
Let us know what you do and how it turns out.

This is an updated ARF version of an older 1970s pattern ship. Nice plane. Would do well with the powerplant you have there.

You could keep an eye on Fleabay, I got a Whiplash there a couple of
weeks ago for just over $100 ( $103 something to be almost exact).
