Default Feedback about Perry oscillating smoke system

Hello,

I am thinking of putting a smoke system on my Magnum 91xls and I was wondering if anybody has been using the perry oscillating smoke system (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTU96&P=7). How does the system work? Why do we need a pump and a check valve, is the check valve not enough to generate the pressure required?

Thanks,

Le fou
