Default Magnum XLS 52A revs up slowly

Hi Guys,

I have a couple of [link=http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/210760.asp]Magnum XLS 52A engines.[/link] One runs very well and the other revs up very slowly. It doesn't quite have the top end of the other either. They both have less than a gallon of fuel through them. Any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks, Terry

Thanks, I didn't think of head gasket. I'll check that. I thought of bearings but it feels very free when turned by hand but it has been in a crash so perhaps something is out of alignment. I will check the bearings as well.

Thanks, Terry

Try leaning out the low speed screw on the carb. Turn it "in" clockwise a little at
a time and see if it improves.
