MUFFLERS-WORKS FOR ME

Dont know how many of you have lost the ends of your OS, TT or other similar mufflers. One of the locals has his welded togeather, several use sheet metal screws, but other than the welding, still loose the pesky ends. After recently loosing one on a TT, I tried JB Weld after carefull cleaning and prep of a new system. It came loose the first run. In digging thruough the muffler bin, I noticed a older Jett or Nelson pipe that the end came off of. There was a little red remaining on the first few threads. Ok, nothing else works, try that Red Locktite. That was about three months ago, darn thing is still sticking togeather and not spitting oil all over my plane. Try it, you will like it. ENJOY
