Balsa USA North Star
OK, ive seen sevral fly at float fly with 46s and they move, if i cleaned up the airframe and put a Super Tigre 51 with a one peice macs pipe could i have some potential? I really am on a low buget here so bear with me on this. Link to Northstar https://www.balsastore.com/store/pro...php?cat=7&pg=4

A whiplash its not going to be as the whip is a all out design tractor type. The pusher types have their disadvantages, and prop bite is one of them. Regardless, the North Star with retracts will be quicker than most with a good engine, and still have reasonable landing character and a fun airframe. ENJOY

I have flown that plane from pavement with wheels and it's a fun plane but not a speed plane. However if you want to build one of Laddies planes I would say build the Force1. With the motor you have it will really scoot. I flew one of those for a season a long long long long time ago.... good times.
