I just bought a several years out of production kit(not a DD) by placing a request in the Wanted section of Airplanes For Sale or Wanted on RCGroups(hope the moderator doesn't throw this out). It is free and who knows, you might find one.

Another way is to research past build threads and start your own build thread. There should be enough help here to scratch build one. I have never owned a real DD, but have scratch built a few from photos here. Once you see how they are made, I think you'll agree that framing one up is childs' play. The one tool that really helps is a very fine line marker to draw accurate lines on the wood.

You might check with these guys. They may or may not be in business still, but worth a shot.

Where were you an hour ago? I just mailed the plans in the last 30 minutes so I can't take it back. It was just a few bucks to cover cost so Wes may want it anyway.

I cant wait to get started building the dust. I have a webra speed 40 with a full tuned pipe that is turning a 9-7 apc at 17.4k currently on a recovered world models combat spitfire its only good for about 110 mph. would this motor be a good starting point for the dust? and what kind of speed can I expect?

The Webra should be a good engine for a Dust. Should be noticeably faster then the Spitfire.
