The weather is getting good....I went flying yesterday and flew till 4:30 when I ran low
on fuel. I went to get in a couple flights. The wind never picked up like it usually does.
It was a rare day for winter time. It's time to start planning the Spring Rev-up for sure.
I got the little Sonic dialed in....it goes pretty fast, but snaps if you pull too hard on the
elevator. You would think you could pull pretty hard on a pylon plane, huh ?
It's time to Rev-up the brethren. [sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]

Count me in. Try to avoid April 19 if possible. That is the day of the VVRCF RCPRO Warbird race at the AMA field in Apple Valley.
Other than that I can make it.

Troy sounds like he is coming and he represents:
1. The fastest thing there (Probably some pocket-lekky that does 220)
2. Also the plane most likely to resemble a race-car.
So what happened to Teamerica? He sure is a heckuva nice guy...

I would like to plan on making it. A few flying friends had asked when the next get together would be.
Interesting enough, I was up that way this weekend. Nobody told me I would be driving through a BLIZZARD!!! [X(] Yep, a snow storm hit the Cajon Pass and we went through it. It was windy and freezing. Still not quite ready for the Revver's Event but soon enough!
Some of the more 'scenic' pics are looking towards Lucerne. Those hills are what's behind Rabbit Dry Lake.

I'll try and make it on Sat (April 26). (gotta check the ol' calendar first though). But with the 60 MPH winds I heard about in the Lucerne Valley last week, I don't know if I'll need to bring any airplanes. [:@][:'(][&:]

I can just bring some food for everyone, enjoy the awesome grub of SpeedJunky, KBD and Kmot, hang out with some real cool guys, watch some really good pilots (like Razor and Troy-RCU) and see some REAL fast planes!!

Hi Guys,
I live about 15 miles from Rabbit and this was a pretty freaky little storm we had the last couple of days. Messed me up a bit since I just built a P-82 with two YS 60's for the race this coming weekend at Speed World in Phoenix and had been looking forward to maidening it this past weekend. Now I will have to try and get out one day after work this week to maiden it and get it trimmed in for the race. Nothing like last minute.
You never really know how the weather will be up here. I guess that is why we are a desert. Should be OK at the end of April though. That is if the wind doesn't blow. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys this time.

On a more serious note my shed is somewhat roofless, do any of you have construction experienceso you can help me via email or phone? The wind damage from during the fires removed a % of my 100 year old shed roof.
I build like a 6 year old whether it be kits or around the house

Razor - This is a shed I built to keep my toys safe from the Yukon Climate. City bylaws says it can't be over 10ft x 10 ft, so I went the max and the max height also and added a second floor for more storage
