Al, hope all is well Washington.

Are those engines the ones with a rear rotary drum intake system?

Hi Bob,
No- these (2) motors have the conventional disc rotor. I had one of the drum rotor VRPs and its performance was nowhere near as good as the disc version. When I removed the drum and installed a disc rotor the performance returned so I know that the drum was the problem.
All is well here in Washington except for the cold and rain- not too much flying going on! I spend most of my time in the shop working on a couple of new jets and I am converting my existing stuff to 2.4ghz- great stuff.
Good to hear from you,
Al
