Turbo prop should do it.

My 90" Pica with a zdz60 on her runs around 80 mph.

Thats not very fast but looks really good.

I was at a Giant scale show this past summer and saw one with a twin inline engine in it and the word was that it had been clocked at 125mph. Unfortunately it crashed on it's second flight of the day due to engine sputter on an aborted landing. That thing was a beast!

Regarding the Super Ts, the 4500 will fly it ,if you can find one, but the 3250 will be marginal. Id like to see the DA-85 in there

The plane you saw has been repaired and is back in action. Originally it had an inline TRIPPLE (3x4.2's). With this configuration it was clocked at 147 mph in Florida with a slight tail wind. The tripple had crank shaft problems so the twin was used as a substitute. Good news is that the original manfacturer, Russle Stoltz of Challanger Tool, has made modifications to the tripple and it should see service in the near future. And yes, it is a beast.

MustangAce,
I currently have one being built for me by Alan Delena(3dhelinut),which has been reinforced, and completely glassed. It will have a zdz 80,and will be painted by Chip of APWpaint,in the Miss America paint scheme..I have had 3 of these,1kit,and 2 arfs with G-62's in them, and they all flew well.I believe this one will act like a Reno racer.I am very excited about it,and when it is ready I will post pics and info.
