Everyone is complaining about it but no one has bought one..... That's not very fair.

Well, they are complaining about the price. You don't need to own one to be unhappy about that... And if you read OS's specs, this thing is not meant for high rpm use at all. They list props like 11x6 and 12x6 for use, not 8x7 and 8x8. I think between the price and the target rpm range, this engine will not be highly regarded at all in this forum.

I understand but until someone we all trust gets one and gives us an opinion we don't really know how it performs.

My question STILL is "Anyone try the new OS .35 yet?"

If someone does buy one and posts that it turns a 8X8 26k rpms on 10% the price won't matter will it?

But then no one will believe the person anyway....

There has been a few threads about the larger AX engines performing quite well. One was unloading well beyond the manufactures specs and was confirmed with Doppler. The price may be high but we do need a couple of people to test them.

Evan-rcu:

There are two of the new OS's in the club on vipers. Naturally, the Jett 35 will lap them two times in a 10 lap heat in the same airframe. The Webra 35 is only good for one lap in the same race. Don't think they pull rpm's as well as the old 32, but it obviously has more torque. My 2 cents. ENJOY ( admit not a OS fan)
