Whiplash - painting complete
Thought I'd post a couple pics of my painted whiplash. I finished up the paint just before the holidays and have tucked the plane away until the spring. it will have a Jett fire 50 on it.
As with most paint jobs for every hour of masking there is 1 minute of painting!
I laid out the design on paper with the aid of an infocus machine and my lap top. The detailed masks were made using standard clear shelfing paper. the straight and curved lines were done with fine line tape.
I'm quite pleased with the results....but at 200mph who will really see it!?! haha

" Super " paint job... really sweet.. If anyone needs whiplash X graphics, I have a few sets left just e mail me with an address..
by the way, theres talk about putting the whiplash into production again soon.. we'll keep everyone posted..
