Default YS 45 stock settings help!

Im sure some of you speed freaks are familiar with it, well anyway I just got mine running again after about a year. I had to tear down the carb and clean some gunk out of it and now I would like to know the stock settings for it. What I am a bit confused about is the thing on the bottom of the carb, the flat head thing you turn in and out to control the little rubber plunger.. what exactly is this for and where should it be set? I have the motor running fairly well but just want to be sure so I dont burn it up or somethin. thanks for any help. -Justin

That is the regulator. It comes from the factory set flush with the housing and you adjust it in to lean and out to richen the midrange and transition for idle. I think I have a PDF of the manual if you want it.
