SIG KOUGAR VIDEO
Hey all,
I have looked and looked for a Sig Kougar video on the net. Please someone help me out. If you have one or have a link hook me up. I will hopefully be able to add a video of mine soon. I had my maiden flight last week and had a perfect day. Mark

Sa-weeeet! I love that airplane... I had the 25 size (never can remember Kougar, Kobra etc.) when I was maybe 15 (1985) and it was awesome!
I would not mind having a King Kobra with a Jett-90 in it-

I have a King Kobra with a Jett 90LX. It is one of my favorite planes! (I have an old Kougar with an OS61 and Jett Muffler as well). When that dreaded day comes, I have 3 King Kobra and 3 Kougar Kits sitting in the closet.

I might take it-stripped and shipped! I took a real "piece" of an Ultra Sport 60 and rebuilt it into a very sweet plane. You can see it in "My Models."
ORIGINAL: flyingmachine
The small plane is a KOBRA, I have an old King Kobra that needs some work, It was painted and I have already stripped the wing. Planned on re-doing it but never seemed to make the time.
Interested?
Let me know

RE: SIG KOUGAR VIDEO
lucky me I am about to build an oldie but a goodie myself.I decided to dust the kouger kit off and have some fun building..as I recall back in younger years the cougars sometimes had pipes for a boost in speed.anone doing that still.
my other question is can I install ailerons independenly meaning a servo in each wing.not sure why not but would like to hear from you gsadly for me way back in the early days I built my first kougar and what a poor job.I sanded the wing saddles giving them negative incidence.learned that one from experience..worse yet I learned about tail heavy planes.luckliy a cornfield softened that crash..so this time 20 some years later I am going to build it again.it's fun plane to throw in the back and go fly stress free.

RE: SIG KOUGAR VIDEO
fantastic!~ MK..
I flew my maiden flight yesterday and it flies really sweet.had to put in a a couple of clicks on ailerons ..using an os 46fx that was in another bird.I'll try and get a pic of it on here.love thos speed passes ..I sometimes feel the need for speed lol. mine is in a military stlye gray and red.not overly creative but a real nice look. last one I built was in 1979 and what a disaster .negative incidence and sadly very tail heavy. but this one is built well though I had to pack the battery in the rear of the radio compartment.what weight did yours come in at?? mine was almost 5and one half pounds..

RE: SIG KOUGAR VIDEO
Wow I posted last on this a while back but I need to see if anyone has came up with antmore of their own. Please post your video links here.
My Kougar has been hangin from my ceiling for a while now. I need to get it out to play. I think first I may do some remodeling, like recovering and getting a new cowling and doing a few little odds and ends.
Stay tuned.
