you will get about 129.9 mph.who knows it wont be fast enough to get your panties in a bunch.im currently chasing the speed dragon.and a magic evo with a jett 35.will be fun for like three flights.then you will want somthing faster

watch the sales from hobby people, they have been sending sale notices to me twice a week.

bought a Sonic 500 from them and blew the wing off (too much power installed)
note: the Sonic 500 was not a VQ ARF but a Global ARF

Just check the firewall and wing mounts, then HAVE FUN!

I had a sonic 500 last year. Crashed it. Went to buy another but Hobby people stop offering it.
Can't find any other venders offering it.

the vq models magic 32 need some reinforcement on the front wing bulkhead, try doubling the thickness where the wing dowel hole is.. i just opened the box one one yesterday, wing seems fine, but i would seal all hinge lines, it has low frontal area... oh yeah! oh they go real cheap on fleabay..

to heavy, yes, but a good os 32 or 37 or 25 fx or webra 32 or 36 etc with a ultra thrust or nelson setup or a conventional tuned pipe would flat haul butt

thanx. I jus had a .46 laying around and was looking for the fastest ARF to put it in. I dont really want to have to build the wings and put in all the supports.... Any Recommendations?

new viper from tower is quick and easy, the one uncovered allows you to make any mods and use real covering...

If you can clip 20% off the wing area of a Q500 with great results, you should be able to clip 10-15% off this plane, then prop the Jett for higher rpm.

Any advice for this plane is welcomed. Got aOS 32 fx going on the nose with a pipe. Whats a good servo choice?
