I bought an old quicky with this engine.
i'm not sure what prop to use.
should I go with a 9/6 or 8/6
I have the engine mounted on a Kankge F3D.

Default not it

the one I have is a side exhaust and it does not have the schnuler ( spelling) porting. the top of the piston has a funny shape to it to direct the fuel on the way in. I'm going to go with a 9/6. when I get to a hobby shop I'll even try an 8/6 just for the heck of it.

Default Bugs....

K&B had a bin full of those .40 size tuned pipes last
time I was over there in Feb. I don't know about the
header....

....I'd wring every last RPM out of that K&B .40....
....might suprise a few folks....I stuck a tuned pipe,
and an OS carb on a K&B .60....and it screamed....

Dave. ....Rev on my Brothers....
