Dust now squirrelly at speed
For the last two seasons I've been flying a DD with a Webra 35 Aero for power. Its fairly quick, about like flying a Quickee, but I decided to kick it up a notch and pipe the Webra for this year.
Yesterday I had it up for the first time with this arrangement. Defintely more power and more speed but it got a bit squirrelly now and then, darting on both the x and y axis. My brother wonders if the plane is flexing from the extra speed. One of my fellow club members thinks the pipe might be too close to the right servo and the heat may be affecting it. I was wondering if the aerodymics from the pipe itself might be throwing it off a bit.
Other suggestions or possible fixes?

Covering?
You didn't use that inferior (just joking - don't shoot) "M" brand covering did you? Don't the instructions say to use Ultracote for the added strength? I seem to remember one thread where it was said that the engine mount plate required reinforcement to prevent really high speed control problems. I think one fellow had reported similar pitch porpoising remedied by reinforcing... I fly mine with a semi sane Irvine .36, so I haven't encountered any of that nastiness.

The added pipe shouldn't make it fly squirrelly. Well unless like Philly said CG moved. But still sounds weird. What servos do you have in it?
Also I doubt if it is flexing and making it fly that way. Unless something inside is not glued or came unglued. Like one of thew spars maybe. But still it shouldn't do that.
I have a MVVS 40 in mine and yank the crap out of it with hard 90's and never had it go squirrelly yet.
Knock on wood !
