They are not ARF.

You still have to cut the ailerons and cover it and so on, so it can't be designated as ARF...

Rudeboy,
do you have one
so it is, more kit than ARC?
is the fuse painted or primmed?
I was thinking OS.32SX for it or my Dubb Jett 50

No I don't have one, but I know what the kits are like.

The fuse is just a plain glass-epoxy fuse, no primer, no paint.

The Jett .50 won't fit the plane. It won't fit under the cowl, and the pipe will be way to big. And it will be way too heavy anyway. These planes need a hot .21 like the Nova Rossi or something. Maybe you could manage to get the .32 in though, but it won't be nearly as fast as it would be on a hot .21...

Too bad there are not that many hot rear exhaust .21's around...

Owww, I just saw the Kasumi isn't for rear exhaust, so the .32 would fit the bill...
I was thinking about the Beretta .21...

Default Beretta 21

I just ordered the Beretta .21 from Hobby Barn. Painted glass fuse / pipe fairing, obechi sheeted foam wings and tail. Seemed like a fair deal. I'll probably pull molds off the fuselage and pipe fairing in case I splat mine...then I can make as many as I want.

Default Kasumi 21 who has one????

Hi!
I have a Kasumi 21 with the OS32SX engine. This plane is very easy to start. I think the best prop is an APC 7*7 - 7*8. For the first flight is the best a 7*7 . (19500 rpm with extrem-silencer)

Just got the Beretta from Look Boldt, the guy that makes them. Very nice kit but you have to order from him direct.

When you click on the link in the 1st post it sends you to a web page with an electric ducted fan Sniper, not the Kasumi. How about a picture of a Kasumi?

Right above the picture of the sniper is the word "SpeedModels", click on that and you will see the other planes.

Hello,

no the Kasumi is not in production in the moment. The molds did get sold and as I know there are no plans to bring it back.
We own the molds of the Beretta21, the Sharky21, and the Stinger 40.
The Sharky is the much better and even more easier to fly airplane than the Kasumi. Reason is simple, a longer tail, and a little more wingspan.
And its fast. Average speed with a OS SX.32 is around 130-140mpH.
The Beretta21 is one of the fastest modelairplanes in the .21 size. We fly it with our .21 engines 160- 180 mpH.
Yes, there are some problems in flying this things. Its the landing. The beretta is a clean airframe, so it glides and glides and glides and glides.
Or, to pick it up after touching the ground, you have to walk, to walk to walk to walk, as it glides and glides and glides...

www.modellmotorentechnik.de its in german, but you will get the idea.....

cheers

mm

From what I've seen on websites, my favorite is the Stinger 21. [8D]

Midgetmustang, could you share a few more pics of this plane with us?

Average speed with a OS SX.32 is around 130-140mpH.
Is it with a full length tuned pipe and 30 % nitro ?

How much shipping for Europe for the Beretta21 ?

Isn't the fuselage for the Stinger 21 and the Stinger 40 the same? I just got a second-hand Stinger 40 kit,
not started, and it looks like I have to cut off the molded-in fin, and install a larger wooden fin. I think I
will need to cut the nose a little shorter for balance, and to make room for the Jett .50 with 2" spinner.
