Default Expert-100 Hit Ground at 120

It was in a Shrike 40 Radar clocked at 120 MPH. I think it was elevator flutter. Anyone know if these are fixable, and who can do it?

Thanks Bobbdd

It's Horrizon service. Thanks you guys, now can you help me with , not hitting the ground at high speed?

I like what someone said,"Speed cost money, how fast do you want to go ?"
