Default Magnum engine ?

Is the West .50 V1 the only option for the Magnum ? Is there anything else out there that will do the same job for less bucks ?

I guess any 45-50 size engine will do the job , but if you're looking for the speed, it will not....

The West 50 may not be the cheapest engine, but it will give you the more HP's, more RPM's, and in the end, more speed than most cheaper engines.... Don't forget that the price includes a pipe-manifold and a tuned-pipe.. Most engines doesn't come with this as standard..

If you already have a 46 or 50 use it at first. Still great speed and fun.

If you want to destroy your nerves completly, go with the west 50 :-)

Default Fly what you got-

If you are shopping for speed and money is a consideration-

Look for a used:
Webra-50
YS-45
MVVS-49
Rossi-45 (heavy tho-)
Novarossi-50

I find great deals on used engines right here on RCU...

I have not flown the Magnum but from the specs. any of the above will get you going....
