Default No more magnums at the moment ?

Ive tried to order a magnum lots of places, and all I get is "out of stock"

most of the e-mails say this :

Hello

Thank you for your order

however we have unfortunally to inform that we do not have stocks for the moment, as we decide to procedd to some modifications to the design (sleeker fuselage for example)

The first batch of this Magnum 2 will not reach us before october 2003

Anyone know of these modifications ?

SJ,

If you need one "right now"... I know Braeckman in Aachen (Germany) still has them...

Check here:Braeckman Modellbau

299 euro for the complete package...

This is where I got mine. He ships fast and has low prices. Also check out his APC props... very low prices indeed, almost US level...

ok, heres the deal.
production had changed factory's, the new Magnum is all lazer cut so its even better built, the wing seat, engine bay, film etc etc etc issues have all been sorted. The shape has evolved a little.
haven't seen one yet, and the only one i could see apparently looks even better, so i couldn't say what this one looks like then lol

the only reason the orginial doesnt is because people like to play with their pipes sometimes without even knowing what they are doing, the orginial WRX engine was a fit and forget, and to a degree so is the West, that fact it goes better with 1" off is only of interest to those looking for a bit more for free ( the change of engine is also the reason some of you have trouble fitting the West )
I don't know about the new one, i haven't seen it, i'm hoping to see his other toy this weekend, might give me an idea of the distant future.
i'm sure i would have been told if the pipe is internal, but its the next logical step.

I would like that very much... pipe internal and a nice little glass cowl to streamline things... these are actually the things I will change on my "homebuilt" Magnum (that and properly shaped tailfeathers and a better shaped wing)

Yeah, probably... there's just room for improvement on that plane, a lot of room I think...
