I don't know if anyone has seen these yet.
Aero-naut Propellers CAM Electric/Glow http://www.espritmodel.com/aeronaut-...tric-glow.aspx The 11X8 or 11X9 cut down to 10 or 9 1/2" may be good for a 91VR-DF without the worry of a prop going away at 22k. I just don't know how big the hub is and if a 3/8" hole will compromise the strength, but it looks at least on par with APC in that respect. |

Hmm interesting FF. I may have to try the 12X10 and see how that does on my Rossi. After doing some more work on it last week I got it to spin an APC 11X11 slightly over 14K. Took the airplane to the Warbird racing season opener in Fresno over the weekend and came home with a first place.

Speed your plane seemed to be best on the course with the 11x11 prop.
Freak on those props i would just throw them on any glow engine. A lot of props,spinners, landing gear and so on say they are carbon stuff but really have very little carbon in them. Some products i have bought/seen are just fiberglass that has been dyed black. Some props have carbon powder "Apc" type props. in that picture they didnt look like full carbon cloth props but hope i am wrong so you guys can have some good props. APC does make a 11x14 prop that you could cut down to around 9" and reshape it and have a good prop for a super clean plane like one of those F3D planes with a BVM 105...... 250+ |

Raptor, these appear to be carbon re-enforced plastic rather then the molded pre-preg CF that we see on the giant scale props. Still stronger and stiffer then the grey APC plastic. I'm going to try one and play with some wood props too. If I get a wood prop working well, I can stiffen it by bagging the blades with 5.7 oz CF
