My 1st Flight With My Delta
 

hi guy's

just thought i would let you all know that i flew my delta today for the first time and BOY IT WAS FUN :D

its the first fast plane ive flown and it flew perfect just like it was on rails ...

now comes the questions...

1 landing is not a problem apart from the fact that im going to need to recover it after every day flying....so how or what do you guy's use to solve this :confused:

2 how do i make this thing go faster im currently running as ST 51 with standard exhaust and a 10x6 APC prop 10%nitro...i have a tuned pipe but havent got round to fitting it ....

i was going to get a magnum but i went and saw alan at weston's (i live local) he told me they wont be around for at least couple of months
as they in they are being built in a different factory but he did show me 1 that they have just sent him for approval..i must say the build quality was VERY NICE..

so untill then i will getting some practice with the delta..

any help and advice would be great

hey miskin

heres my tips...............1) cover the bottom of the plane in solartex, this is stronger than solarfilm. 2) change the prop, the st51 should easily turn a 10x8, go 9x9 or somthin, this ll increase rpm so add the pipe to quietin it down!

thanx edible i was thinking of a 9x9 guess i will have to pick up a couple on my next trip to the model shop
