Most powerful .25
 

What is the most powerful fastest .25 motor under $100.00 for my new pylon at approx. 3 pounds. Also, what is the fastest airframe for this motor?

You must be flying in the Texas wing's Pylon races. Fastest .25 under $100 is an OS.
That is pretty much what everyone is running. With the stock muffler.
The fastest airframe to Pylon race , for a reasonable amount of money, is a predator or viper style ship. They turn the fastest around the pylons. If you get something that has a short wing, it pushes or slides out of the corners. You need a high aspect ratio to make the pylon turns.

If you want to spend some money to go real fast, then look at the LR-1 from wild hare or an Ashley II from extreme composites.

What about the webra speed .25? it is $85 at horizon.
Does any one know how this compares to the OS .25?

I like the MVVS .28 or OS .25 FX then the TT.25 Pro the Texan motor of spec in my hood.

for the dollar I had a TT .25 pro on my scat kat good engine for the money.
I sold it @ two years old it went out west on a goldberg freedom .20
a year or so later it was still running strong.

OS .25 FX runs well with a black mac muffler (some people think it is a tuned pipe).'

El-cheapo route, OS .25 FP with the .40FP carb on it and open up the exauste hole in the muffler that gains 700 +/- RPM. I had on on my SIG Wonder. and it is for sale here on RCU.

The webra is more powerfull than the O.S. Its timed for high rpm it also doesn't come with a muffler. I have seen them turn a 9X4 around 19k with a mouse can muffler.
