For fast thrills on a .46 two excellent choices are a lightweight delta like a Screamin Demon or Diamond Dust, or an ARF Quickie 500 like a Viper or Predator and there are a couple more quickie model options people have unearthed around here too. What .46 do you own?

I love the GP Viper because its fast enough to thrill but also easy enuff to handle like a trainer.

The Viper, but read up on the mod/build threads to keep it together.

The new ones are ok IF you are using a stock motor, on the TT46 I had no issues but when I used the Rossi 53 and the Jett Q500 the firewall started to detach. The plane is not made for hot motors. If you need info on mods try here: [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7651229/tm.htm]Viper 500 mods[/link]. Read carefully ... esp on the Vtail, you need to shim it properly by flying her. :)

I bought a Viper used it flew fine. firewall failed with ST.51 and it was glassed internally but not by myself

The new batch of Vipers are glassed inside and outside, you can feel it under the covering but it comes off easily. Best to remove the tri-stock and glass on the inside and redo it. Also to pin the firewall would also help. I need to now re glass mine. Aarrggghh ... a messy job.
