I have several questions:
a. who does warranty work on your engines?
b. is the customer required to pay for shipping back to China for warranty service as some did on the MT57?
c. Are the engines being pre-ran before shipment to the customer to check for leaks as well as out of round crankshafts like some of the MT57's had?

1 a. who does warranty work on your engines?

we have distributor in USA to do the warranty works . www.mtenginesusa.com and www.swrcengines.com ( locate in TX )both distributor MT engine and do the warranty works, no need to send it back to China .

2 is the customer required to pay for shipping back to China for warranty service as some did on the MT57?
if you buy engine in USA. we nevery asking send the engine back to China and pay for the shipping fee. local distributor are able to handle all repair works for MT engines.

3 Are the engines being pre-ran before shipment to the customer to check for leaks as well as out of round crankshafts like some of the MT57's had?

leak problem are material . now we use Japen seal material and now leak problem any more. . engine are brand new without pre-ran because most customer are like brand new engine without any ran mark , it's hard to tell from customer that engine are just factory pre-ran or second hand . so we ship out only brand new engine now

What rpm is this engine able too run a 26x10 prop ????

Hi again.
Have any one tested the static thrust on this engine with various propellers.

Wondering if its possible to have this engine in a 2,6m Edge 540 Extreme composite with flying weight at approx 11.kg
So i hope this puppy can deliver 20kg ++ thrust with Ks Pipe

Way is the MT 80 using a Walbro WT carb that is suted for engines 14-50cc and not a WJ carb that is for 50-100cc[:-]

MT80 use WALBRO WJ-71 carb that suit for engine from 80CC up to 120CC

Sounds too good to be true. At the end of the video we can see that there is only one servo per wing, which makes it possible to be 29%. And if it was 36%, would weigh 13kg! Any more video or data to provide us?

i have a mt 80 just bought it less than a gallon of fuel tried to get repairs with no avail motor has locked up bad crankshaft no flaming but i think ppl should no what they r paying their hard earn money for it is really a good looking engine if u just had some way to talk to someone on these problems without a answering machine that never returns calls i have not found any kind of support
