Tapered-bore engine breakin
Just wanted to post a thank you to DAR and others for their help in guiding a newcomer into this process...I used your suggestions to break-in an NIB TT 46 Pro and looks like this engine is going to run like a champ...extra castor oil...rich 2 stroke for 5 min and cool..then adjust high and low needles and this engine just runs like a clock...
Had a Tower 46 Pro as first project and read these post religiously for help in tuning..got it worked out but this time was a breeze...just a note to other guys who posted..thanks a bunch..
