Default hobby king f18 on 4 cells?

i have a hobby king 64mm edf and wanted to know if the stock motor/ fan and 30amp esc will handle 4 cells? has anyone done this? the stock setup with 3 cell lipo was not very impressive. i'm looking for the easiest way to increase power. not interested in changing to a 70mm unit right now. thanks!

I would say no not for very long if you did it. You are almost certain to really crete alot of heat and that will cause something to fail rather quick. May be able to upgrade the esc to a 4 cell capable one and manage the throttle and keep the motor alive for a little while but not long.
