Default need your help rcu

i have this kit just trying too find out how much is it worth...i dont mess with planes i just came across it thanks for your help oh and can u tell me a little or something about it....

5-20 on ebay; you can still get them new in the $35 range. I built one as a kid for my cousin.

this is not an RC kit...but rubber band powered kit....I'd say 5 to 15 bucks

thanks guys for the info and i picked this up at a local thrift store for $2 guess i got a good deal and it says on the box i could put a .20 engine in it...thanks again

Yeah...Guillow's kits are still pretty common items. You'd probably find quite a few of us have built at least one of 'em...

BTW, that .020 engine, as in Cox "Pee Wee" .020

They are fun to convert to electric. $2.00 is a good deal. I would go 10 myself but I have a couple of small kits on hand for when the grand kids come to town.

Hey LR ya got a great deal. Very cool and fun to build. Not real practical to convert to RC glow or electric powered but fun and educational none the less.

Best to use for what it was intended the real purpose and thats to get us fired up about modeling in general. Build it as per the plans and hang it up in the bedroom or garage or whatever and let it inspire us to move on to more practical airplanes to learn how to fly on.

This is a path whole generations of us have followed with Guillows, Comets and Clevelands among others. Amazing just how life changing simple little boxs of sticks can be[8D]
