We have completed the fuselage to the point that all alignment is completed. I have to commend AMR's staff for a job well done. The fuselage is very complicated but was a dream to build. The part fit was excellent and the final alignment was absolutely perfect. Congratulations to all for a job well done! Will attempt ot download pictures in next post.

Great job. Keep up the good work. Yours will be a lot lighter than my scratch built AirTractor. Lighter is better.

After doing some fine tuning on my scale, I am renaming my Scratch built AirTractor as a 29% 301. Its big, but a AirTractor is a big plane. I would like to say its a 40% model, but it just an`t so.

Hello Crop duster,

I think that even if yours is a bit heavier, with the wing of an AT, you will probably dont notice much difference

probably not I fly it mostly at the New Madrid County Airport where we have our ag operation as well. I figured you would know mark being that the ag community is pretty small if you see him tell him brent said hi, if you are ever around my parts you are welcome to stop by the hangar any time. I wish I got to fly this pitts more and do more competitions with it but the airtractor will have to suffice for now

I will make it a point to stop in and visit this year. I know right where your hanger is. Been by there a milion times hauling grain to the river. I don`t fly full size planes any more, I`me retired. I just play with my RC stuff. I have 4 gassers, and 5 electric. Right now the new AirTractor is my biggest at 132" wing span, and 55 LBS. You can watch the AirTractor fly on YouTube by typing in cropduster48, and just go down the list tell you find the video named AirTractor 401 B. PM me and I will give you my E-mail address.

I use to keep the Pitts look alike at Mark`s hanger, and fly off his strip. The plane burent to the ground in 1990 in a ground fire. I built it from scratch. It had a two cylinder 65 HP Hirth Snowmobile engine in it, so you could not do much except fly around in it and look cool.

Just ask around at your local airport. You live in wheat country. I`me sure if some one is using a AirTractor to spray wheat, some one there will know.
