Hi AJ i think its 8 mm ply if my memory serves sandwiched between the glass and carbon,if you have a hole saw you could cut some plugs from some ply to fit the two larger holes.

Marine ply if you have it,if not a good quality outdoor grade ply will do as its going to be sealed anyway when you cover it with carbon and epoxy resin.

I have built the plugs for drive holes, and epoxied them in. While curing, the epoxy shrunk a bit, so I will need to give it a second layer.
Do I have to wait 3 days for it to fully cure before adding the second layer?

Hello again,
paintshop done, this time I had the transom painted white, and added the boat's name: "With Her..."
Other minor modifications, and now the drives sit where they should have in the first place.
In the last days I have also worked on the engine, that now features an electric starter. I used the E-Starter II kit from Arrow Shark: if you are planning to use this on a RCMK S520 twin, be advised that you will have to modify the engine mount on the pull-starter side by boaring out the hole in front of the flywheel.
Here are some pics:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am considering to sell this beautiful boat once finished
I could sell it as an RTR, with all it needs to run, including the new Futaba PK4S radio system.
If interested, PM me with offers (5 digit USD) and for queue.

NOW THAT LOOKS THE BEEZ"S KNEES.
Noticed the hole on the right hand trim tab the link is at the top of the hole if the trim tab where to move any higher it would foul on the hole. The left seems right.
Looks great. Great work on the refit.

How about a shot of that new starter? Do you like it? It is much better than the first unit.

RCMK owners: note the boared out engine mount - this kit will not fit without the modification shown!!

RE: **Cigarette Racing Apache AMG replica - BUILD**
Hi to all,
I am sorry to say that I can not complete this build and that the boat and all is on sale as of now.
Have managed to do some more work on it, now last things to do are:
- place and anchor the fuel tanks
- place servos and radio box
- run the boat
I am selling the whole boat, accessories, electronics and LOADS of expensive stuff more in one lot.
Reason of sale is personal, nothing related to the boat or parts, that are the best of the best.
You are all very kind, but please don't try to make me change idea, it's done.
I accept offers, can ship worldwide to your doorstep.
Here are pictures I took 5minutes ago, all you will receive upon purchase:
