RE: **Cigarette Racing Apache AMG replica - BUILD**
I made it all the way to post #169. Sorry to hear your selling your project. I haven't read through the whole thread but when you drilled through carb isolators, your supposed to drill all the way through to the carb openings. Zenoah engines isolators are done the way you did it if your going to run a clutch but for some reason RCMK's like the isolators drilled the way I mentioned. This info is from Gizmo Motors. I'm no engine expert, just thought it would be worth mentioning the info I got

Cheers,
at this stage, unfortunnately this is a non-issue. All the same, I can confirm that the engine has the pulse lines where I drilled, so it has to work fine.

Hi Filippo welcome to the madhouse ,im glad you made it here.
Looking forward to seeing your progress with the build and any changes you may have in mind etc.
Lots of good people on here to offer advice so if you have any questions ask away and im sure someone will be able to help.
As for your English its way better than my Italian but here goes anyway....." Benvenuto e buona fortuna il mio amico".
google translater hehe

Filippo, now I see what will happen.
Let me tell one important thing to you here because this may be interesting for others also:
If you'd use a strut or Arneson type drive without (!!) any fins for the Apache hull the CG should be set anywhere around 28..29%
If you'd use drives with fins or a stren drive like the ARROW shark or the MHZ one the is material below the prop in the water and this will create drag / resistance.
And this resistance will push the bow downwards. That means: in this case the CG should be anywhere around 25...26%.
