Hi All
My Name is Bob Shapiro and I am the GM of ARF Pros LLC
We am now the exclusve US importer of ESM Models in the US.
We are planning a new e-commerce website which should be up in a couple of weeks. Please be patient as it is quite a task, I am sure you will not be dissapointed
For now You can see our current inventory at arfpromodelplanes.com. all of the pictures represent planes that are currently in stock
These planes can be purchased through VQ warbirds, Troy Built Models or direct from ARF Pros.
We will do our best to keep as many planes in stock at all times. and I have some ideas that we are working on to keep a supply of spare parts in stock for the models we are selling
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about ESM Models or to place an order with the direct importer. I am best able to reply via e-mail [email protected] but will be happy to chat. I look forward to serving you with these fine ARF Planes from ESM

10-6-2009 I guess the booboo is all fixed now and we can all play together lol

"Hi Everyone, I felt that a KMP response was in order here. There is a lot of speculation going on about the change that has happened. I wish to assure everyone that we were blindsided and that the pricing was apt for the time we had ESM products. What is different now is that ESM is offering past influences of Kondor Model Products that is no longer there. There were many changes occurring that did not support the interests of KMP as a business and things done in the final product delivery that were not approved by KMP on a product that bears the KMP name. ESM is on their own now marketing our past successes without the influence of Andrew Kondor who served in consulting for your benefit. KMP has always strived to deliver the best in quality and can be evidenced by some of the early dissapointments from years ago. KMP will again offer better than usual products at a good value. Quality that competes is expensive and KMP will always be associated with "Models of Distinction".

On another note, www.magnumrc.com is another website dedicated to the KMP/ESM modeler to offer extra scale solutions to the owner of now ESM products. The latest being the worm-gear drive electric upgrades by Lado. Technical support for our customers will never go away. We will do the best we can to help you get the experience of what you bought."

Hey Bob it is great to have you on this forum. Hope you are here to answer questions and give feed back also. I was wondering why ARF Pros is charging $20 flat rate to ship a set of gear to the next state over when I can ship the Same size Box for less than $10 for home delivery to 3 -4 states over. Just courious? It seems ARF Pros is taking advantage of its customers.

How dare Arf pros try to make a profit! Some people will complain untill they are out of business, and then turn around and complain they cant buy spare parts because they are out of business.............because the company could not turn a profit. To funny!

Myself I am happy arf pros marks things up so they can make a fair profit and establish themseleves as a reliable source for esm planes and parts in the future. Good for them, its a rough economy and nobody is getting rich off of selling rc planes. I am sure they are doing it for there interest in the hobby

If you are so hurt about the shipping, dont buy them. Problem solved. Newsflash, a large percentage of e-commerce marks up shipping to cover the handling & processing time....not just the ups charge itself.

Good luck Bob! I have a ESM hellcat and am happy to see you guys on RCU!

Show flat rate is better for you than me. You live further away. Shipping to CA would be close to $20, sometimes. If you need to make money set the price higher. The way this is being done is kind of like our countrys turn toward socialism.

Fact is, some poor dog still has to ship the item. Thus the word "handling" in the phrase, "Shipping and Handling". This costs money. The bigger the box, the higher the cost.

Try to give the new kid a chance.

Yeah, In our hobby when they say its flat rate shipping it usually means bent over and grab the ankles. Whay not make it $10 flate rate? I know they would break even.....

try getting stuff sch as a big kit shipped to Australia then you will see how much you get "goughed" Our local ESM suppliers are hopeless and a damn pain in the butt [:@] and actually tell you to go away and buy from overseas!

at least your suppliers in the US are helpful and want to do business with you.

This is a busy time of year for Hobby shops and dealers that travel to the various shows around the country. He usually responds within 24 hours.

We have had problems this past week with SPAM had to increase filters so over the next couple of days I will get back to anyone who emailed and has not had a response..your email is probably in there... we had way too many spam messages... high level of activity...
Our apologies . My apologies for anyone who has not been responded too...I am lowering the filters again hoping the spam is just a moment...
If you need anything please email me at info @ vq warbirds.com (take out the spaces)
DO not email me here or PM me... It only takes longer... Its always most efficient at the

Just go to ARF Pros. They are the North American distributor. VQ is one of their dealers.
