what made you choose 1/6 over 1/5,price or preference

basically the turbine i got a great deal on 30lb thrust so needed the right jet, and I would love to have the 1/5 but my turbine is to small I think. I have done lots of research and comparing it to the sky master, fej has more detail and is a lot cheaper. But there kits have went up. Doing a scale bird, loads of detail going to be added to an already fantastic kit.

This is a video of the maiden of my other 1/5.5 F-16 in the Artic Aggressor scheme. I sold this and regretted it the day it was gone from my trailer! As a matter of fact, it only took about a month before I was calling James for a replay

Lots and lots of really good pics of it and the FEJ 1/4.5 BAe Hawk throughout the thread pages for "Jets Over KY 2011". You are right though, this bird in the Aggressor scheme is the BOMB! I flew the Sm 1/6 F-16 for two seasons. It was a good bird...just wanted bigger and could not afford the ScaleJets 1/5 kit. I flew the SM with a JetCentral Rhino...it was good but boy, it was a pig the first 3 min, till fuel bruned off. BUT, I had it loaded down with Ordinance too and ran all three fuel cells.

I was going to get the tigermeet as i thought it would be the easiest to see in the air,looks like the aggressor is a good scheme for visibility

Did you hawe any poroblems whit the new landing gear when you got the airplain?
I got may new landing gear to day,And we was going to tray them and the landing gear woondt go up or down[&o].when the landing gear is in out posison the lock pin on the air sylinders wodent go up,and it was stok inside the air sylinder and the landig dint go in, still we had 220psi [X(].when we took off the lock pin whit the air nipel and test it,it went up and down.but it dont work when it is on the air sylinders.Any ide what to do?
I was loking forword to do the maiden flight now ,but i dont can do now.

I had no problems at all. I did find out however, that in order to work the gear, the air system had to be fully intact with both the up and down air lines pressurized.

What are you using to operate the gear and doors?

If you are using the EV5UA Electronic Valve, you will also need the EV2U for the gear to operate correctly and in sequence as it should. But to caution you, keep the pressure at 100psi, 110 psi max. I operate minie at 100psi. and set the gear failsafe at 60psi.

wy do we must use the EV 2, i am using the old version the EV5U 2.0 and have the front en back gear paralel, works perfect.
Can you tel me more over the use of the EV 2 and wy?

I will for sure! The weather has been really a goofy pattern here. This weekend is supposed to be cold and high winds. But, I will watch and see when to get out there again. We have MS AB event coming at the end of April, so I am sure to get some good videos and pics then anyway.

Sent my money for my 1/6 scale version today!!!! Artic Aggressor scheme, PRO work, upgraded tanks,, cockpit, and I should get the 1/6 scale ordinance as well. They should be done by the end of the month, so I am hoping they can ship when mine is built

Nope they are being built and should be done by the end of the month, they are going to set the hard points in my jet for them so they will have to be finished to do that. When I get them I will post some pics should be the same as the 1/5 1/2 just a couple inches smaller
