i am new here just wondering what the toggle switch did when it was in the up middle and down position as far as what its locking in each position im missing on servo and right now when i push it up the servo for the rear moves and when its in the middle and down it does nothing but im guessing thats becuase im missing a servo i just ordered new one today

All the way up position I think means no diffs are locked.
Click to middle and either your front or rear are locked, only ONE is locked in the MIDDLE position....not sure exactly which one.
flip it down all the way down and you should have both diffs locked Front and rear.

Up: Both diffs. are unlocked.

Middle: Front diff. locked, rear unlocked.

Down: Both diffs. are locked.

ok on my up is rear lock middle is unlocked and down locks front not both is a wire backwards or somthing ???

You've got something backwards. All the way down both diffs should be locked.

so am i going to hurt anything have them backwards as long as i no what they do? and how do i fix it just switch them around in the the box there is only two wires in there

your not gonna hurt a thing, as long as you know what is going on i wouldn't worry about it. i can't figure out how it got reversed but it is fine!!!
