Run both engines normal rotation you wont suffer severe prop walk torque in a large vee,plenty run 56 apaches with twin zenoahs in normal rotation without problems just be sure to use sharp balanced props.,leave the motors air cooled and run the boat open saves a lot of messing arround.That said you can buy cooling jackets to fit the homelite motors or similar but i forget where and you need to remove some of the cooling fins to fit them.

You could use a watercooled Blata or Polini Pocket bike engine. I'm sure you could use an air cooled pocket bike engine in the right hull. The engine shown is a Polini pocket bike engine.

I think if it was me and I was trying to save money I would keep my eye out on craigslist. The engine in the photo is a normal polini pocket bike engine with a custom engine mount. The engine mount really is not that complicated to make....just need a few basic tools like, a drill press, belt sander, metal band saw. The gearbox in the photo is from MHZ. Here is another way to do a simple mount with the same engine...just no gearbox.

Seal the hull with any good slow setting epoxy,i use west sytems,use an old credit card to spread it on thin and scrape off the exess,repeat this process a cpl more times lightly sanding between coats.

The only place I glass my boats is along the keel on the outside of the bottom, but some people glass the whole outside of the boat. Doug

@svranger25
are you using the 72 inch mono plans from dwr9? if so how did you manage to get the stringer design from the paper to the ply wood because on the print out that i printed the stringer design of the stringers is only on one peice of paper and im a bit baffeled how to get it from the paper to the actual size on the 1/4 ply wood. And as far as engines go im either gonna try and put a 50cc honda mini bike engine in my boat or im gonna use twin homelite weed wacker engines to power my 72 inch mono and if im correct we are using the same plans. so if you have any tips for putting the hull together it would be very appreticated if you shared them with me and everybody else on this forum wat do you thing for power wise. like if its enough power to move my hull to good speed?
Thanks Jonah

If the stringers are printing that way, the computer is scaling them to fit on one page. The drawings are full size. There should be an option to print them full size. The easiest way to get them printed is to take them to a local print shop. Doug

Did you print off all the parts because i think theres one sheet thats just a parts list that prints on one sheet if i remember correctly ?.As Doug says though when printing set the printer to print at 100% and it should print out correctly.
