Hello Graham,

Beautiful Corsair to say the least..........

You mentioned in one of your posts the need to install a pump to help the performance of the Moki 250.....could you elaborate on this a little please ;-) ?

Thx,

Bill

Hi Bill,

Yep thank you for the nice comments on Annie, A shame she is up for Grabs but needs must!! plus I got a 1/5 Mitchell to build along with a 135" Jug!!! http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=578755

Bill, yes the Pump cures allot of the mid range problems and she starts just in a few primes, also a gain on the RPM.
You can see in this vid how well she runs just after a few flicks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-N5FU...eature=related

I love that Corsair and wish I could buy her. It's to bad you weren't sure about selling her when I had the money.

Good Luck on the sale,

Barry

Graham,

Could you tell me what specific pump you're using on your Moki 250, and if you have a source for it in the UK and/or USA?

Thx,

Bill

Dear Bill,

We carry the APS Fuelpump that he is using exclusively in the US.
Please visit [link=http://www.vogelsang-aeroscale.com]Vogelsang Aeroscale[/link] for more information.

We carry the XXL Corsair as well and have everything in stock at the moment.

Thank you and best regards,

Götz Vogelsang

Grahm,

I'm steady at it on my Annie-Moe. I almost have the cowl plug done so I can make the mold and start to make cowls for it. I'll make 2 for me and see if anyone else is interested. I still have to put on the cooling flaps and make seperate molds for the cheeks.

Cheers,

Barry

Different subject. I logged onto the website you have by your name at the beginning of this thread and it has nothing to do with the Corsair or any RCrelated site. This is TIGERMODELS.NET. I found a Tiger models site a couple months ago but it offered little info on a Corsair kit that was advertised. Can you give me any info on this plane?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

Well as you know my site is down as I'm contemplating just to go just under my name Buchanan,
I will offer only fully built aircraft to top show standard with authentic finishes.
I can offer all the big composite kits fully turnkey to any finish required.

My reason for opting out on supply only on the big kits is they leave allot for the builder to do, with the XXL corsair and Wildcat kits you are only supplied with Composite wings and fuselage and a few formers, and the great German 1 sheet of a4 instructions!!!! Don't get me wrong they are great aircraft once done it's just the getting there that takes the time.
So I can provide the kits fully built or even just the airframe assembled and ready for you to add your paint finish.

If yourself or anyone else wants to get in touch contact me through this email.
[email protected]

Best Regards Graham Buchanan.

Good to see that Annie made it accross the big pond in good condition. I sure want to see mine and her up close next to each other. I'm steadily getting closer to the glass and finishing phase.

Hey Guys,

I stumbled on to you all when doing some research on Navy Squadron VC-3. I have some 91" Corsairs by Black Horse Models and that is the squardon marking on them.
Great photos of some outstanding scale planes.

Thanx,

Joe
