Default Question on 2 parts from the Great Planes 38% 330S

I was wondering if someone could give me the dimensions/specs on the following parts from the Great Planes 38% 330S.

The kit was to come with offsets, for the DA 150, as the plane was designed for the DA 150, what is the size of the offset as mine didn't come with that part.

Also what is the size of the "Tiller Arm" for the rudder control? I see Tower has this part, but not until late June, so I was wondering about a replacement, so that I could finish the model before that time. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTXL9&P=7
I the a buddy that could mill me out one, if I just knew what size it was.and how far apart the hols are.

I have tried to ask Great Planes support for this info, but they did not know.

Thank you, but that tiller arm has to be more than 4" as the servo arms driving it are 3" arms, and in the manual is sure looks like the tiller arm is more than 1/2" longer on each side.
