Hi. I have the traxxas stampede that used to have the xl-1 in it. I need the money for a new dirtbike and just wanted th see how much it'd be worth.
Here is a list of stuff I have on it.

Threaded shocks
all metal gears (except spur)
8-cell hump pack (btw this makes the car do 50mph)
VXL-3S system
waterproof servo
Integy rear a-arms
Sand paws on 2.2 revolver rims
rpm o-ring (custom to seal off the tranny) gear cover

And thats all I can think of so far.

I use the rule of thumb of 50% of what I paid for it (typical retail) 'IF' it's in exceptionally good condition. And it's down-hill from there if it's not up to snuff.

And hop-ups don't count. They make it easier to sell, but don't add value (which I am sure is debatable, but that's how I see it).

i agree that most upgrades dont increase value. but going from a brushed tranny and system to a brushless one helps alot.

but i have bought a used rustler VXL with the vxl system and batts for $200 shipped. thats full vxl spec, not a upgraded xl1. so i figure $150 tops.

$130 should make it an easy sell. heck, if i had the cash id offer that much for it.

I've seen close to that exact setup go SEVERAL times on CL for $170-250 but used RC prices here in Northern Michigan seem to be a little higher than everywhere else (I've driven 5 hours to Detroit to get better deals on used RC stuff). Look on your CL and see what similar stuff goes for in your area.

$150 shipped MAX because its a non-VXL version. That means you don't have all hex hardware or ball bearings.

how much would you say my slash 4x4 mike jenkins edition with a mamba max pro ,mip shafts, rpm a-arms, rpm carriers, 2 sets of wheels, programmer, set of extra bumpers and etc be worth.
