Elefant by Hooben
Gentlemen, the Elefants arrived in warehouse late Thursday. Joey will inspect each kit and record the serial numbers. Kits will be shipped out in sequence of the reservation. More will arrive in 4 weeks. Looks to be a REALLY nice kit. I included the extra cost aluminium main gun barrel in all my kits. Joey says the plastics and metal castings are first rate. All but one of this order has been sold and paid for, and the one is on hold for another day. Needless to say, I don't get one in this batch. Mine will be in the next batch...I hope.

I think he should drive down to Luray and hand deliver it. No reason why he can't.
And gentlemen and fellow tankers, I have one kit to sell. Someone canceled, so this one Elefant kit will be the last until late June.

Hooben raised their price a tad, so I had to raise mine too. Still and all, the optional metal barrel included in all my kits is free.

Answer, a returning service member friend gave me his unit challenge coin and a Starbucks Coffee Mug from "Kuwait City".
Pretty cool gifts.
And as explained here, about a year ago, the friend's duties were "C4ISTAR".
What does that stand for?
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information/Intelligence, Surveillance, Targeting Acquisition and Reconnaissance.
I liked the military term and that term seemed to work better than Pcomm1 for rc model tank building blogging.
Pcomm1 can be Information Services lingo and or means PLANNING COMMITTEE CONTACT INFORMATION in the corporate world.

Pcomm, why so modest, the real reason why the name change was surely because of your ban for racist derogatory remarks to as many members as possible regardless of race creed or country not least your fellow US Kameraden , this really isn’t like you to change history in your revisionist fashion.
