Default RX packs ?

I've been out of flying for a while, what is a decent brand or manufacturer of a 6volt RX pack.
Need to dust off my planes and burn some fuel
Thanks Dylan

There are about 42 bazillion decent ones. Start at [link=http://www.batteriesamerica.com/]Batteries America[/link] and pick whatever capacity of NiCd or NiMH you need with whatever connector you want.

Try these guys: http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/ - Great service and great prices.
Do consider the "shelf life" (or self discharge) if choosing NiMh cells.

I'm currently using a Graupner 2S LiFe (6,6V) 1100 pack ( http://www.graupner.de/en/products/c...2/product.aspx ) with a Jaccio 5,8V regulator.
Gives me low "self de-charging" and great capacity along with ok weight (83g). Don't really like LiPo's with respect to charging etc, but I guess I'm just "old-fashioned"!

I use 2 2s 750Mah Lipo's in my OK Supra Fly 45 with a Castle 10A BEC.

I got into this hobby after charging Lopo's was "figured out".
Never know any other type of battery.

In this old plane they get charged before each outing and then "storage charged" after done.
