Default Some Detail on HL KingTiger

Found Some pictures of HLKing Tiger in a Chinese forum. It seems pretty good. And some one said it is more accurate than Tamiya's

Gotta website from where the pics came from? Might be better to just get the HL version than going through another painful conversion with the Tamiya tank kit I have.

Gotta get a barrel, gearboxes, electronics, tracks etc, etc, etc.

I bet a lot will be unloaded when the HL becomes available. I know mine will.

It won't get top dollar as it once did, but who knows?

I believe some German maker will create metal hull with tension bar , metal road wheel and other metal parts for HL KT soon.

It looks as though it will come with the zimm 'sticker sheet' like the Tamiya kit has. Looking at some Google searches ... not much to find yet.

I was just thinking about buying a Tamiya KING TIGER kit($700.00) and radio gear(?), But maybe I will wait for this HL KT. I would want IR with gun recoil.

It does appear to have been updated. Perhaps they suffer fatigue due to only having two points to secure the turret.

Here's the link to the RC tank forum:

http://bbs.5imx.com/bbs/forumdisplay.php?fid=228

Best to visit it after having had a few drinks so the flowerly langauge you find in the posts makes more sense!

Looks like the locals are getting excited about HL's upcoming Type 99 release to coincide with China's National Day. Now all HL needs to do is release an Abrams so the Chinese have something to hunt.

Interesting. $59.00 shipping? From where?

Not only is it not a Porsche turret, but the business cannot even spell it correctly.
