RE: ENFORCER OWNERS ~~ This is your thread
@Pyro Thanks for his number, I will give him a call with any questions that I have left!
@Solar -
Ok I took a couple of pics of the clutch, as well as a cable that I have a question about below:
This is a photo of the clutch, am I supposed to just shoot grease in the marked spots? Seems like that is gonna get messy!?
This is a capped line coming off of the throttle cable. Is this used to grease the throttle cable or something?
This is a photo of a connector inside the red cover. The connector you see has a cable connected to it, that is just dangling unconnected below the engine with a cap on it. Is that going to be the positive terminal for the Enforcer Engine Kill Guard (EKG)
And lastly, I assume this is where the negative terminal of the EKG will connect to?
In order for me to get access to the flex shaft, I have to remove the prop and out-drive right? I access that and remove that from the outside of the transom, meaning I won't need to remove my radio box/or access it from the inside to do that will I? Let me know your thoughts! Thanks for your advice and help!

DO NOT add grease to the clutch, those are just air vents. On the newer models the "greasable" clutch housing extension is sealed off from the clutch, when you add grease it lubes the flex cable and the clutch bearing only.
The clutch is a dry clutch.
Your throttle cable is interesting looking, the owner likely added a drop of oil to keep the cable movement smooth.
The black wire with the connector by the coil (if grounded it grounds the coil and kills the spark/engine.
Ground terminal on the housing is ground.
Post a picture of your transom and prop setup.
The boat look very clean almost too clean, new or unused.

Notice how his water pump has two fitting coming out one side? The new water pumps have 1 fitting per side. I have the same older style pump and I am wondering if the water pump rebuild kit I purchased will work with either one.

Solar, thanks (again) for your input.
So, basically with this clutch I am just going to run it until it screws up, there is no preventative maintenance involved with my clutch?
I am guessing it doesn't really matter, but can you suggest any kind of oil/lubricant that I should be putting in the injection spot for the throttle cable?
Based on your description of two lead terminals on the engine, this is where I would hook the Enforcer EKG right? With my positive terminal going to the terminal near the coil (at the top of the engine inside of the cover) and the negative going to the other one pictured on the external lower side of the engine?
I am with you on thinking that this boat was rarely used at all. The gentleman I purchased it from said he had ran the boat approximately 3 times, in 10 years. (He was estimating). The hull is in immaculate condition. If you want to be blown away, have a look at this pic which shows just how old the boat is: (I marked out the serial number with Microsoft paint)
Here is a pic of my out-drive/transom.

Here are a few pics of the Super Gator with the "noodles" finally installed so I can hit the lake and not worry about a tip over in rougher water since it's an open top
Boat.

YOur gator LOOKs good... brings back some momories.
The noodles will not stop it from a tip over /rolling over, but it will help stopping it from sinking.
Don't forget to plug/tape the radiobox cover shut.
Have fun. Let us know how it went.

I have the Team Pro with the M5 upgrade and it has PLENTY of power. It launches out of the hole and runs strong on the top end.
I know the M6 is recommended to be run without a clutch and a dry exhaust

What do you guys use for steering servos? I know the full RTR setup uses a Hitec 1/4 scale servo, but I already have a 3PK I plan to use with a Magnum 57 Old Skool, and thought I'd try digitals. Any suggestions would be a great help...

Hello, there's a guy on here that has a nice Futaba 1/4 scale digital servo that puts out around 260 oz. of torque for sale in the radio equipment section for $50. This is a really good servo and it's a hell of a deal to! You should go and check it out, I'm pretty sure that he still has it. I think that it's a S5050. I also think that he has two of them at that price. They're like $130 new. This would make you a very good rudder servo. Jamie.

Iuse a Hitec HS-805BB 1/4 scale servo to steer the Kenellos beast outdrive. Ihave the servodirectly wired from a 7.2 volt car batterywhichgives itabout 350 oz-in of torque. No problems steering that beotch. These servos are about $40 brand new.

I've read through all 48 pages of this thread.......exhausting to say the least... the funny thing is though I keep going back and re-reading it. I just purchased a team pro and can't wait for it to arrive. Living up here in the cold Northwest it better hurry. Great information and I'm sure the questions will start flying once my boat comes in.
I love the look of that doll in the cockpit of that last post... I think I will do the same, only with longer hair like that fabio commercial.
